  Honestly a great gun shop. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service like I have here, (and I've worked in customer service for many years). I have only made 3 purchases so far, 2 glocks and an AR, with more in mind, some people may tell you this shop is over priced and that's not how I see it, they price things at a rate thats fair to the business and the consumer. Every time I go in and have questions I am always pointed in the right direction and given accurate and helpful information, excellent customer service every time I'm in the shop, never a rushed feeling or a pressure to buy type of feeling. Plan to do business here as much as I can.

  Amazing service, my firearm was jammed and they took it straight too the back and fixed it! Then they spent some time on educating me on proper ammo for my firearm so I would avoid the issue in the future! Love them.....Thank you guys!!!!

  **I RECOMMEND DURYS FOR ALL FIRST TIME BUYERS OF NFA CLASS 3 ITMES!!! PROCESS MADE SIMPLE AND PAIN FREE!!*** I've bought and sold guns over the years from Dury's but recently I've purchased some suppressors and had them transfer to Dury's. With customer service I received from Felix, it was well worth it. I will look forward to processing all my class 3 items thru Dury's, all thanks to their incredible employee, Felix.

  I know very little about the different kinds of guns, but every time I go into Dury’s, I am greeted in a friendly manner. I’ve never been made to feel bad about having to ask so many questions. These guys know what they’re talking about. They’re patient, thorough and helpful. I walked out today feeling confident and comfortable with my purchase. I am a happy customer.

  My wife and I came down for the rodeo a couple of days ago, so while we were in town we figured we'd stop by as we had heard of the shop. We were greeted immediately upon entering and shown around the shop. While we didn't intend on purchasing anything, we ended up buying a 10/22 for my wife as a starter gun since she is just getting into firearms. Our salesman, Steve Britz, was incredibly friendly. He took his time to explain the weapon to her, show her correct form, and was very encouraging. Service was beyond top notch. We will be stopping by anytime we are in San Antonio now.
