  Dury's has everything you would expect from a high-end photography shop, including the professional expertise to help you make an informed decision when purchasing camera gear. I personally prefer to buy things local when possible, and Dury's usually has what I'm looking for in its inventory or they can order it, at about the same price as online retailers. As a lesser experienced photographer, I appreciate being able to have Dury's expertise available when I need to ask a question about the camera and gear that I have purchased from them.

  The new location is much nicer than the old location. It also seems customer service has gotten better but still not the best. Large selection of camera gear - by far the best in town.

  Shopped here many times and the service has been great each time. Employees are courteous and helpful. We drive from Gatlinburg and it's worth the trip.

  I love the store but it can be off and on with the help you get there. One time I was in there with $2,500 in my pocket ready to by Fuji Lens and couldn’t get anyone to talk to me. I went bought them online. The next time I was in the store. I had excellent assistance to help me pick some flash triggers. Like I said, it depends on who’s working. To bad they are the only game in town...

  Visiting Nashville for two days, somehow I brought my camera & charger, but not the battery. Called Drury's, Ken answered, was very nice, researched the model of my camera, told me which battery I needed, and that he had one and would hold it for me. Drove down, asked for help him, and he was happy to help me, got the battery opened and installed it to make sure it was all good before I bought it. Super nice. Customer service the way every store should be. I'm a fan.
