  I so recommend Dunn CPR. No appointment needed walked in 9AM and had the best experience ever. Instructor was amazing in ansering all my questions.

  This is my Mother's other baby, I will take over eventually when she decides to retire, that being said.... We started this company in our 2 bedroom apartment and have slowly worked our way up to where we are now. I realize we do not answer the phone EVERY time it rings and sometimes take awhile to get back via email, but if you call during business hours, and make sure to leave a message with your name and number, we are eventually going to get back with you! It may take until the next business day sometimes. We are only open 4 days a week for the phones. Tuesday-Friday 9am-2pm. I know on my personal cell phone it's hard for me to keep up, so imagining us being the small business that we are, trying to answer our business phones every time it rings, sometimes we miss you. Yes, you have to be on time to class or the doors will lock and the times and address are on the website. I hate to see the bad reviews because we really try our best to help everyone get their cards by the time they need it for work or for school and to just make everyone feel comfortable and happy, but it only helps us fix these things for the future! So thank you everyone! We will do better for your future classes! That's a promise.

  First experience was great ,second experience the class was great ,instruction was great until the end when someone decided to come in when the class was over and demand to just take the written test in front of us all because she needed to renew it and she had other things to do. I was upset because I was also doing my renewal and had I known that that's how they took care of renewals which was done last time just like that but I had no quarrel over taking the actual class but I thought it was just wrong of them to accommodate someone knowing that I just did it and sat through the class. I was explained as to why they let her do it owner was asked permission and apparently she had been coming there for years for her renewal so apparently seniority helps and was told that if they have a guest instructor, which they did not with me ,they would have just put me really quickly through it, which they didn't ,but next time that person will actually take the class. I was offered an apology, that's all. I'm just REALLY upset they let it happen,it's unfair and unethical.

  I'm sorry I'm Just now getting around to this thank you ladies so very much for such an amazing class!! I have been along time customer and I have always referred DUNN CPR to each and every person I come in contact with!!! Keep up the great work!! Love the new style of the CPR Cards!!!! God Bless!!!
