::1. Don’t come this place to work. The manager will not let you take your sick leave and if you ask, he will fight with you and ask you to leave and also give you personal comments I got my 2nd week pay after 6 months after multiple reminders and requests. 2. This is a real torture place to work. Make sure you get hired for full time and have paid vacations as well. 3. If you work at this place, please make sure to use your sick hours when not feeling well after he puts on schedule and text the manager that you cannot come and applying for sick. Else the manager will not schedule you at all and you will never be able to use this sick hours which is your right. 4. The manager will do anything to not let you use sick hours and send out schedule on a very short notice. 5. Avoid working at this place at any cost. There are millions of jobs. 6. I was on weekend and since I joined, many hired and many left. 7. I have complained about this issue to Dunkin corporate too. 8. If Manager tells you the he will add few hours to compensate the desired salary, don’t believe him as he won’t.

::Their website said that they open at 4am on Saturdays. I used the app to order at 4:30am on Saturday 11/26 and no one was there. My $10 is gone and I have no food.

::I’ve had many bad experiences with dunkin. However this dunkin was different. Great experience at this dunkin. received amazing customer service from Chris. Everything i ordered exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be come back here. Thank you Chris for a pleasant experience.

::A lady, that seems to be the manager, was yelling at an employee in front of the customers because apparently the employee was not doing something right. Then that same lady (manager)made my order wrong. Customers don’t need to witness this disruptive behavior and employees shouldn’t have to put up with it.

::I Went inside this morning on my way to work. I tend to not do the drive thru since the line is usually long in the morning time. When I Went in, the young man took my order right away. He was very respectful and kind when he took my order. I highly recommend it, it was clean and tidy.
