  Tbh they have no consistency with their times or items the customer actually ordered. Been in their drive thru for over 25 minutes now for some hash browns and a caramel swirl. No line either. Get these ppl more staff or shut down the location. Cmon Dunkin, why hold up customers like this? Get these people the help they need!

  Can't wait till they move next to my barbershop Gary's Barber Shop in Brookfield Connecticut 18 Old Route 7 road Brookfield CT 06804 This Dunkins is 👍 👍👍👍 in service. The workers are all great Can't wait till the new location open much bigger and better parking and bigger drive-thru standalone Dunkin

  This location, has the most up lifting crew. The guys in the morning, as well as the managers, are constantly laughing making sure all is right, and that everyone is smiling on they’re way to where they are headed, where ever that may be. The long hair guys Giovanni, is awesome he constantly make us laughs, as well as the others. They all out an amazing effort forward to make sure they’re customers are satisfied!!! Absolutely I recommend this location.

  I used to come here three or four times a week for an iced caramel macchiato. All of a sudden, every single time I go there, no matter what time of day it is, the latte machine is being cleaned. It's been weeks. They must have the cleanest latte machine in the country. Maybe it's time for them to start using it again. Can't give them a good review when you can't get your order can you?
