  Early morning attendance was disrespectful to every costumer included a priest, given a hard time to each one of the clients, so had people just gathered outside counter to see how badly she treat everybody and no ones do nothing, a worst wake up experience for people who paid for a services. It’s shame of services, 4/9/2018. Attendance on work at 9:40 am ..

  no body give them 5star? worst customer service ever. they $1.09 for empty cup. they don't have small coffee so i request give me one empty cup they said you have to pay for empty cup. she refuse to give my receipt. when i tell her 3 times where is my receipt then she give me and i saw on receipt she charge Hot water. but i pay for empty cup!

  Rude, rude, horrible customer service. Lady messed up my ice coffee and added whatever kind of pumps. Easy fix though just coffee. But I get a remake by another girl, friendly girl actually. And this Indian lady gets upset for me having my drink remade. Charges me accidental pumps and a larger coffee and an extra $1? I should have just said no thank you and walked away. Ugh waste of money and time. Avoid this place.

  THE most overworked DD. Employees were SOOO tired, looked and behaved like zombies. No wonder the place already has low rating. Had to repeatedly ask / remind to get my order. Not to mention an hours wait to get to the counter.

  В наличии имеются вкусные и свежие пончики, однако обслуживание и сервис ниже плинтуса. Например, сотрудник не чурается и может начать огрызаться. Тут даже нет тарелок, салфеток или раковины для того чтобы руки помыть. Выглядит так: сделал заказ, тебе нахамили, сел за стол и испачкал все вокруг (себя и стол), а затем просто ушёл. Самое ужасное в этом - ходить с липкими руками после этих пончиков.
