As a restaurant manager as myself I have to say this venue has to work a lot to improve their team work and effectiveness. I came in today I found a disturbing scenario where two employees were yelling at each other, and one of them was very aggravated start tossing stuff on the floor and bumping doors. I ordered online 10 minutes before and I had to wait for my order more because of that happening. The girl working at the drive through kept taking care of costumers on drive through while I was waiting for my order. I have to say where is the management?? An employee could haven’t been that aggravated without any source of leadership to encourage her to go ou for a minute .

Coffee is good. Everything thing else is just average. All pre-fab food. Years ago they advertised "time to make the donuts" they don't make'em now and it shows.

Dunkin Donuts is always a favorite of mine. This one is very easy to notice while driving and the service was very fast. Even though I am not from this area, it was quite easy to find and navigate to. The drive was not super busy, however, I visited early in the morning.

Police should take notice of this place. It has become the druggies and sellers safe heaven. I often see a group of people in the lounge chairs passing each other pills. And I saw an African American harrass a 15 yr old kid to buy drugs he didn't want until the kid had to leave. This is not fair the police should come here and use the tax money that is being employed.

The service is slow with MANY mistakes. ALWAYS a mess!! Maybe... if the owners would allow tipping, the service would improve. Where there is a potential to earn more money for better service generally people try harder! Why would they put any effort into work if they're paid the same regardless of the service outcome? The new drive through is convenient but can be a lengthy trip to the ordering kiosk.
