  The staff behind the counter are fast and efficient. The food prices are a little cheaper than the one at Pelham Parkway and White Plains Rd. I paid .30 more for a donut there compared to here.

  I ordered a medium iced coffee with almond milk and i clearly stated a lot of almond milk. The lady decides not to charge me for the almond milk but when i go to ask for more almond milk has the nerve to say 50cents more because she didnt charge me for it! Despicable! Charge me for what i ordered in the beginning and we wouldnt have had this issue!

  Very bad service and attitude. The employee (seems to be the only one) always looks miserable as if she hates life itself. The selections are very slim if anything. Why is there lemonade on your menu if you never have it. I only stop here as a matter of convenience. But I need to stop and just make the extra effort and stop at the one on Allerton and white plains.

  horrible service. The manager took the order of a customer before me and over charged him. I still made my purchase but I looked twice at my receipt. I felt a little uncomfortable. I don't think a customer should feel uncomfortable in any establishment.
