  The servers were very Nice. The oatmeal was cold. When I told the server she said they don't have a microwave so she put more water in it. I ended up with soup. I SHOULD have gotten a fresh oatmeal. How much could it have affected their profit margin??? But I won't go back there.

  Their machine kept having issues with my card but the cashier refused to swipe it at her register and instead kept having me swipe a million times. Started asking me if I have enough funds. I was buying a cup of tea, not the entire franchise. After getting her guilty pleasure of my frustration with the card not being read, she swiped it herself and the transaction went through. Not sure if she was a new employee or just an employee that didn't care about her job anymore. 4 stars because the tea was really good.

  I placed an order today and when I went to pick up my order the employee didn't even start it. I politey stated that I placed an order she said " nothing come in there is no order" so i figured ok fine I'll wait a few minutes. No customers came in and no mobile orders she is just standing there and after 10 mins i again asked about my order and even tried to show my receipt on my phone to her but she didn't even want to look at it and again rudely said "I dont have that app and I don't see an order". I tried to show her the phone and she just turned away. Horrible service
