  Ugh....THE worst coffee my wife and I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts! Obviously not fresh. Disgusting. The store was an absolute mess too. Extremely dirty. The guy working the counter was extremely rude and impatient too....didn’t even let the guy in front of us who was at the register get his money back in his wallet and move out of the way before waving to us around him and asking for our order.

  Always slow, never have the Angus Steak sandwich - which seems to be a habit in the DD's in this area. Must be where they put the slower workers while they send the ones with a clue to Cropsey Ave. When you ask them why with the new remodel they still don't have what's on the menu you are given a laugh and a dumb shake of the head. Have an answer, my cheap boss doesn't want to pay the money for the steak that doesn't have the mark up of everything else so we don't care what you Americans may want! That's the answer I would take, the truth. 11 months later and I just left after 15 minutes behind 2 people and I still don't have a drink!

  If i could give this less than one star I would. Rude and lazy staff..disgustingly dirty. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee that was burnt. Served old donuts at 7pm. My mistake forgiving them the benefit of the doubt

  Noise and they need to clean the tables more often. Otherwise the service isn't bad and the staff are helpful.
