  Stay away! The worst Dunkin ever. The staff is lazy and rude. Seems like there's only 1 person ever actually working, which is the younger man. Meanwhile, the older Indian lady is being rude and not doing anything. The other ladies are always just walking around in the back room doing nothing when there's a huge line. My order is always wrong without fail. Anytime I mobile order, the order is never ready so what's the point of that. When I finally get my order, it's always wrong!!!!!! How hard can it possibly be to make coffee!? And where the hell is the manager because every time I go in there I meet someone that has the same experiences. He or she needs to get in there and clean up house and make their business better! Hire new people who actually care! The only reason I continue to go once in a while is because Starbucks is too far.

  Nothing like DD's coffee. Love it. But this locale should have been built about 2 feet wider to allow for better customer entry and exit flow especially at peak time in the mornings. People are always bumpimg into each other. Just glad they're all civil like. Everything else is exactly what you'd expect from Dunkin Donuts minus a drive thru.
