  In the summertime, it's way too warm because of all the machines running. The staff are usually pretty attentive, as long as they can see you over all the machines.

  I come here fairly often during the week. Unfortunately they just cannot handle the mornings. Today it took me at least 5 minutes to get my coffee after ordering, people that ordered food after me got their food before I got my cup of coffee. The staff is usually nice but unfortunately I think I'm going to find a new location that isn't as slow.

  Good food but very rude lady there. She acts like she hates to walk over and fetch a second blueberry donut. Her name tag says sangita I hope you could explain to her to be a little happier and less rude while I'm buying from her.

  Unfortunately one employee is causing such a bad review. This young lady is beyond rude and does not know the meaning of customer service. I have personally complained to the manager and so have others but nothing is being done about her. I noticed that her shift was changed which is great for the morning customers, however she has been placed on the evening shift. Her latest stunt was telling me and one of my coworkers that Dunkin Donuts had discontinued one of their popular drinks, twirled around and walked away not giving us the opportunity to order something else and didn't return to the counter. My next visit, I asked the person about the drink and was told it had not been discontinued. I told her what happened, she apologized. Apparently this employee must be related to the owner, no one in their right mind would let one employee disrespect customers and flat out lie about not having items on the menu. This is not an isolated incident, I witness a lady in line in front of me become so angry with this same employee for snatching her money from her she scolded her and told her to give her money back and walked out in pure disgust. Perhaps she does not realize there are two other Dunkin Donuts in close proximity that know how to treat their customers with respect.
