  Horrible service they don’t listen to what you want the coffee is horrible here not like regular Dunkin’ Donuts

  Very fast service in the mornings. Have never had an issue. Keep it up.

  I was taking an online exam for a work opportunity. It wouldn’t let me save my answers to a notepad so I was using Dunkin Donuts’ Free WiFi. After 30 minutes of writing, I clicked submit for my answers. The web page did nothing. I tried a couple things and nothing. So I asked the employee if the WiFi was working. I had asked the same employee about the WiFi earlier and all he said was “yeah, it’s free.” He then went on to tell me that it hardly ever works in the right side of the store WHERE ALL THE SEATS AND TABLES ARE AND ONLY WORKS WELL ON THE LEFT SIDE WHERE NO TABLES ARE. That might have been useful information for me to have before I started using it. The donuts were fine. The store was a little messy and the professional acumen of the employees was, in my opinion, lacking. Not to mention a store really shouldn’t advertise free WiFi IF IT DOESNT WORK WHERE ALL THE SEATS ARE. Sorry, that’s just dishonest and poor customer service. Normally I’d give DD 4 stores but I’m taking 1 off for false advertising and 1 off for cleanliness.

  A review: it has been two weeks since first coming and service was terrible. I had to beg, twice for my coffee and biscuit. The woman said she didn't know what Dark Roast was and just moved on. I am hoping they can get their act together but for now McDonald's is next door, which solves my issues but creates new ones for them. April 2017 Very clean, as it is brand new but the staff was welcoming. The Coffee was hit and tasty while the selection of donuts was brand.

  Just went here for the second time this morning. Initially ordered at the drive thru. Clearly and concisely said my order and got two black hazelnut coffees (ordered one with milk&Splenda one with cream&sugar) I had only figured this out after driving all the way home. then the second time I got two regular coffees not hazelnut with cream and sugar. Bad experience. I'll never go back there.
