::Usually not one to make complaints, but our office makes a large order(4+ dozen donuts & 50 munchkins) once a month. We call in the order at least a day ahead of time requesting an assortment for each. It was raining today and very busy in there, so I didn't check the order before I left. Most of what they gave us was chocolate or chocolate glazed, none of the donuts that should have been filled had filling in them, and half of the donuts had the chocolate glaze falling off because they glazed them while they were still hot. I went back with two dozen after realizing this and requested two dozen ASSORTED, even specifically asking for blueberry and red velvet. The shift manager(short, with darker hair) was extremely dismissive towards me until the general manager stepped in, and grabbed the new donuts for me himself, which is the only reason that this location is getting two stars instead of one. Still though, they only gave a slight assortment, and ONE blueberry, no red velvet. They were kind enough to give half of my money back, but still, the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Don't get me wrong, I've worked in the food service industry, so I can understand how hectic things will get, but this is absolutely unacceptable. I'll now be going to the Market Square location for our monthly order.

::It's an okay location. Sometimes they mess up your coffee, the barista's doesn't always pay attention to the order. For instance, they served my coffee cold (not even hot) when I specifically asked Extra Hot. This has happened like three times !!
