::The employee used his hand touch the food when munchkins could not fit in the box. Not sure how about other situations. The bothroom has always not working. When the customers are asking the bathroom, some employees do not response, some just said no. If the bathroom is not working, how the employees can work there for the whole day? The service is not good either.

::The speaker system at the drive thru is a bit difficult to communicate through, they usually have trouble hearing me. Maybe it's me. But they always get the order right and the place is fast and clean. I like it.

::Open 24 hours which is great for me as I waiter events in NYC and need a cup of Joe on my way home. Also has a public bathroom if you ask.
