  The staff are always rude in the morning when I go. And then this morning after ordering, I got to the window and they didn't even start preparing my order.

  Worst Dunkin in Norwalk never have what you want and they don't tell you until after you pay! And the staff is terrible very unfriendly very unprofessional never going back there!

  My mom goes there every Sunday mornings before sh goes to work. (At the drive true) she always asks for cream NO sugar in her coffee and always gets he coffee with sugar. She is a paying customer who is diabetic and can not have sugar. So why is it hard when she says NO sugar you don’t put any in it!!!
