  I was really hoping to enjoy WiFi while reading my book. I was also given my change back in dimes. I know this great company can do better than this.

  We asked for a small frozen hot chocolate about 4 different times throughout the order and they gave us a Large Frozen hot chocolate with cinnamon flavor.

  Alice is always a delight when I come to this location but when she's not there a its hit or miss depending on the staff working that day. Today was a miss..the manager made my drinks and they weren't correct so I asked the lady behind the counter to remake them. She said, "we don't remake them." When I know they do, it's the dunkin way. If your manager can't even make a beverage correctly how do you expect an employee to know what they are doing? So, I will return when Alice is back. Hopefully, she didn't quit or transfer.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews, but maybe I can spare someone. One day, my husband and I ordered beverages and the girl with her butt crack showing made us something that she made up. We had absolutely no idea what those drinks were. Then, most recently, I ordered a vanilla chai and it wasn’t even warm. Called the manager and she NEVER apologized. Just told me to come get another drink. She personally made it and it was even colder! Just avoid this location.

  If the hours say 5am then the doors should be unlocked at 5am not 5:26. While Alice was extremely nice and tried her best to be helpful. I could hear who she said was her manager in the back of the store saying " the store is not ready to be open turn the lights off and I'll open it when we are ready" there was people in the drive though honking and everything. Alice if you read this, thanks for being great even early in the morning.
