  The quality of service really depends on the time you go. I call myself running in for a quick order as I had 12 minutes in between transferring buses and not only did they repeatedly get my order wrong but I end up missing my bus because they couldn’t stop talking to each other and focus on completing the order.

  I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with vegetable cream cheese, and I got a plain bagel. The service is very slow and all they do is talk to each other. This really didn't deserve 1 star it should be 0. This location needs better a better staff

  Cashier who was a female misunderstood my order, and then tried to fix it but gave me the wrong order again. She seemed irritated more with me then I was with her for messing up my order TWICE. I would not recommend this place.

  Service could be better. I want to actually rate it 2.5 stars, because I know they are trying... I don't go in there very often. But when I do it's in the AM and they Always get my order wrong. Every time. No matter what it is. Things could be better here if these associates were trained properly and had the energy to smile. Please help this business or the workers will be the death of it.

  I will service always has a smile with tailoring to make my chai vanilla latte tea extra special and whenever there was an error it was corrected it is Pleasant to sit down and have your tea or coffee or donut or whatever you choose that over all good atmosphere very pleasant workers with a smile I would recommend it to anybody
