  Staff is fun. The restaurant is usually dirty or unkept.

  The service -and the classic Dunkin Donust coffee- is not too bad, but I’ve had stale food here, so this is a toss of the coin. If you’re bringing donuts to someone else, there are better options in DC.

  Close before scheduled time. It was 8:46 and the cashier was there. The time is closes is 9:00

  Inconsistent with stock. Will replace whatever you ordered with another flavor and not apologize. Staff is unprofessional and owner is unresponsive/unapologetic.
