  Lines can be long in the morning. But orders are always taken correct. Coffee fresh at all times. Staff is pleasant. Parking is not good though. Could order ahead. And they give a 10% discount to Hospital employees. They know we need our coffee lol

  Only one person behind the counter wanted hot Chocolat waited 15 minutes they were out of hot Chocolat had to get mint hot chocolate instead ugh....

  One of the staff who works at night looks very tired but it shouldn’t be the reason to be rude to his customers like me. When I told him I bought only one donut but when I checked out, it says the amount that I paid was for 2 donuts. I was trying to show him the message that I got and he was like, “ you dont need to show it to me, I don’t care what it says, I will give you even a dozen donuts if you want since I dont pay for these donuts!”... To the owner of this location, you have to fire this guy! He doesnt care about his job, the amount of money you guys are losing bec he’s just giving away your donuts and he’s so rude to customers.

  This seems to be a busy location. Though I can't understand, why with 6 employees behind the counter the line is to the door. It could be most people are ordering some specialty "Latte, choco, blah blah blah something or the other" . Be prepared to wait.

  Amazing service yes there super busy in the morning but there cashiers make sure to move the line and get customers out the store.....there crew are very nice and always remember orders and drinks
