  The employees are super nice EXCEPT FOR THE MANGER. I placed an order through the DD app for two simple coffees in the morning the day before and went to the store to pick the drinks up. Somehow the app took longer than expected to send the order so the store didn't receive my order and the manger refused to make the drinks even though I showed him that I already placed the order. I didn't end up getting the drinks because I was in a rush. I went to the store the next day and spoke to the same manager about my order, not only did he refuse to listen to my story but he insisted that I call the app service to resolve the issue when he could've simply make the drinks i didn't pick up. Honestly what good is he if he can't simply resolve a small issue like this one.

  Staff always smiling. Busy since across street from train station, but they move/work quickly. Crowded in morning.
