  Another horrible experience, waiting for almost 20 minutes 18 to be exact to receive my order. This is horrible, i use the drive way then they ask for me to park out side and then someone comes out and delivers the drink to thw car. What horrible service very dissapointed.

  One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts... the workers need to learn customer service skills. I’m lactose intolerant I ordered coffee and paid extra for almond milk and they still put Reg milk. N I didn’t realize till I got half way to my destination. Drunk some n had to throw the rest out smh.

  This place is one of the worst dunking donut i been to ...The customer service is very bad Do not Go on the night shift They dont know how to do coffee they take your order and make u pull up your vehicle and leave u waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, and if u want more sugar on your cofee they prefer to give u your money back then to take care of u , and have a happy customer.

  The service is very good. They ice tea is great again. It doesn't have the coffee taste anymore. Thank DD for fixing that.

  Just your typical Dunkin' Donuts however what's different is the warm greeting and polite service you get from the staff. In fact, many of the new shops in the ever improving Springfield Avenue corridor provide much better service than what's typical in fast food joints. Hope this level of service continues even after the newness wears off.
