  I stopped in 2 different times in the same morning and the staff is all over the place. They sent out orders that work incorrectly marked. The most disturbing was when a patron placed an order And was laughed at because of her heavy accent.

  Integrity is a rare thing these days so it is important to note it when it happens. Today I stopped in Dunkin Donuts in New Paltz to get an Egg and Cheese. There was a small line of maybe 5 waiting at the pickup. The wait was a bit longer than usual when the Manager (I wish I asked her name) ask me and someone else what we were waiting for. About a minute later she came back handing both of us money. We both questioned it and she said she was refunding us because we were waiting long. We both tried to said this wasn't necessary and give the money back but she insisted says she didn't want her customers to wait over 5 minutes. Pretty classy!!

  The manager spoke to me in a rude and aggressive tone and threatened to ban me from the store for a situation that could have been easily handled. I believe this could have been a discriminatory act because there was no reason to be cruel and nasty to a paying customer that wasn't causing any issues. The manager doesnt know any professional mannerisms and reflects poorly upon the store. I know if I acted like that at any job, I'd be dismissed. The store has nice employees and it's real sad they have to deal with that individual on a daily basis

  Coffee and choices are pretty good. The one complaint I have is if you order a donut from drive they should give you a napkins or a paper in the bag when they picked up the donut with and then put it in the bag not just drop your donut in the bag. Our ask the person at the window they are servo,g would you like a napkin with that. Not all people will say NO.
