  Maybe on a Saturday morning you should have more than one employee working..... there were 3 people in line in front of me and it took 15 minutes to even place my order. The cashier was having a hard time understanding everyone, and kept messing up the orders. She abandoned the register for at least 5 minutes and disappeared into the back somewhere. Absolutely rediculous.

  A very nice and we'll run Dunkin at east Houston street, the workers are very polite and professional as well as hard working. This Dunkin is a very clean and tidy place, there is a worker named pipiya a wonderful delight to see her deal with customers, always with a smile and great service, it is workers like this that make Dunkin donuts what it is today, how do I know I am there every day and she is a breath of fresh air, can anyone spell raise?

  Service is good but homeless people frequent this spot a lot. Especially at night

  I've never encountered such insensitive human behavior. How DARE you kick out a homeless man who already PAID for his drink! NO one EVER complained about him being there. Will never go there again and will make sure everyone I know doesnt either. The guy there is a prick.

  One very smart and hard working cashier who's name is MARUFA is on top of her job at all times never slowing down the customer line, very efficient and gracious in greeting customers,she is pleasure to deal with. It's also a very clean dunkin donuts and a very relaxed atmosphere, this is how a dunkin donuts should run.
