  The service at the Wavecrest location is below average. The employees are not really friendly and it's very apparent that the staff doesn't care to be there. The store is moderately clean, but can look a lot better. The food is sometimes stale and have seen flies sitting on the donuts. Also, it's sometimes uncomfortable walking into the store because of the homeless people and drug attics that loiter out front. You guys need to do better! Hire better staff and create a better atmosphere!

  The coffee don't taste like they do before now taste more like just water. And when you go like 7:10 p.m they say we are almost closed.

  The staff is very racist I believe they only hire in their own religion or nationality. Service is below satisfactory
