  They only focus on drive thru me and another customer stood in line for like 10 mins before they noticed us have 2 do better

  The service is ok sometimes but not worth three stars definitely not 4 or 5 this location needs a lot of improvements on the food they serve and customer service also I received coffee that had sour tasting cream in it. I was miles away from this location once I realized it and could not return it. I highly doubt that this location is checking exp dates or properly storing products. I haven't purchased coffee from them since that day I go to other locations but to be honest none of DDs in the surrounding area have quality service.

  Google is very kind to allow 1 star! This DD location is the pits! These 'children' who work here are so disrespectful, inattentive, and most of all, unprofessional. There've been times which customers walk in only having to stand at the register for minutes until someone finally decides to come over to take their order. Also, either they are hard of hearing, or they just do give a f#$%! They constantly screw the order to a point of total negligence. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by the owner, unless he/she doesn't care about their 'bottom line.'
