  Very unhappy with the customer service at this location, I had to wait 10 mins at the drive-through window with only 1 car in front of me not 1 time did some address me I was so angry I left, durning my next visit I ordered hashbrowns and a turkey sausage sandwich i was running late for work so I didnt take a extra second to check my food I wish I did the Hashbrowns were frozen on the inside i work over night and that was going to be my first meal of the day I couldn’t even eat anything, lastly with the same order I asked them for a pink lemonade or a Culotta the lady says we don’t sell frozen drinks here. Huh? So is it on he menu? I’m over this place.

  Now I remember why I do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts at all. I was just handed a barely warm tea. I am extremely disappointed. Didn’t taste it until I pulled in the parking lot of my job (which is the building right next door). I don’t have time to go back. Smh. Won’t be going there ever again. Oh and the number they have online doesn’t work so I can’t even call them. All I wanted was some tea 🙁

  First encounter with this DD was on my lunch break. I ordered my food and went to wash my hands in the bathroom, horrible bathroom and the sink wasn't working so I went to tell one of the workers and she was like "yeah it's broken" so I told her I needed to wash my hands... She proceeded to take a cup of water so I can wash them... When I saw that nonsense I just left... Second encounter was again on my lunch break but this time I decided to go through the drive thru... I say my order then I ask to please have them repeat it, the guy repeated it with such attitude but I didn't care because he got it right. I got to the window and they messed up my order when I told them what I had asked for, the guy making my drink was like "are you kidding me!?". And still messed it up when all I wanted was whip cream on top with caramel drizzle.... Needless to say they need better management and and learn how to get orders right

  Absolutely the SLOWEST service ever! Took 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. 3 people ordered after me got there food first. Horrible and unacceptable.

  Food was good and fresh, but slow service. Had enough staff to support, but half only started working when it got busy and customers started complaining.
