::The quality of service is horrible. The workers act as if they are doing you a favor, and are rude and disengaged. The quality of the food isn’t the best, so I would’ve expected the service of the workers to make up for that. In addition, I asked for a lemonade, and the worker said in a condescending voice “we don’t have lemonade here”, when the lemonade was clearly on the menu. If I ever have to go back to a Dunkin’ Donuts again, I would definitely avoid this one.

::My favorite Dunkin in the bronx. 4 blocks from my house and downstairs from the 6 train . They get your order right and are always kind and respectful. They are usually crowded at rush hour or when school let's out, but the staff keeps the place in order and maintains a clean and safe environment. Coffee always hot, and the sandwiches fresh. Nice stop for a quick bite, or your favorite coffee

::Lots of complaint about this branch. But tbh I never faced any bad situations here. As a neighbor, I go there most often and every time they serve me well. From a donut to a big ice cream cake, they have always been helpful. But I demand more cleanliness from them.

::A few days ago I came in for breakfast. An employee was preparing my breakfast sandwich while coughing all over it, never once covered her mouth and proceeded to give me my food as if nothing was wrong. I then told her she needed to cover her mouth for one, and also to please prepare me fresh food. She looked at me like she didn’t understand then walked away. A second employee approached me trying to give me the same damaged food. I had to explain again how she coughed all over my food and wanted a fresh sandwich. Had I not said anything I would have had to take that damaged food not only from the first employee but from the second one clearly there must be a language barrier or some misunderstanding in handling food appropriately. I strongly suggest that there be new policies and procedures in training on how to have proper etiquette on handling food!!! Just really gross 😖😷
