  Very quick drive thru. Jessica is the absolute best! Love coming here and seeing smiling faces first thing in the morning 😊

  I've been there twice, just awful! Out of donuts even early. The drive thru is a joke - if you follow the drive around you will scrape your tire on the curb. I was wondering why the place was so busy when it opened, now very slow. How can you stop making jelly filled munchkins. DD are going up everywhere and none are great. Looks like the focus is on more franchises, not a quality product. I should have read the reviews. Oh, and my munchkins were given to me in a latte cup. When I asked where the buckets were, she said "what are they?".........

  Expensive donuts, bad coffee, an abysmal parking lot, and an attitude that it is the only company allowed to make a profit in this town- I posted some business cards to let people know about the wonderful new chiropractor in the area, and they were taken down for not being a "community event." Well, guess what Dunkin' Donuts- IF NOT FOR THESE LOCAL BUSINESSES, THERE WOULD BE NO COMMUNITY HERE FOR YOU TO EVEN BE IN!

  I’m annoyed they did get better but I went to drive thru there at 7 am and waited for about 5 mins just for iced coffee and the young lady there had my coffee sitting ther while she did other things and then she comes to window (no customer service etiquette what so ever) tells me the amount and no apology no good morning and then takes my money and does not say a word. Too many young folks without customer service ettiquette more like customer service attitude!🧐

  Would give negative stars if could. Every time go has a screwed up order. Staff not trained. Not clean ever. Last visit was 3rd strike. Ordered latte, staff didn't know how to make, called someone on phone .... I gave up got regular coffee. Staff needs to take off headsets repeated order 4 times... Sad run so poorly.
