So disrespectful I wanted to speak to the manager and the manager herself was so disrespectful when I asked her why they didn't have chairs in the store! They had all these tables but no chairs so when I asked her she gave me a mean look and was very rude. Im NEVER going back to that dunkin donuts again!

I've never been so disrespected. Im not from DC and I've been looking for a dunking and I was so happy when I found one. Me and my friends walked in there and there was no one there. This woman stayed in the back for 10 minutes before finally coming out and deciding to take our order. She could speak any English. She kept arguing with me and saying they don't make this and that when I know Dunkin does. Then, I ordered an ice macchiato with more almond milk/creme than expresso. First she hands me one with regular milk (even though I'm vegan) and more expresso than milk. Thank goodness I asked and made her correct it. Then the woman just gave me a cup of milk and creamer, no coffee in it. I was so pissed so I just gave up, plus their were other customers I didn't want to hold up. My friend asked for an ice tea with extra sugar. The woman gave her literally tea flavored sugar. She sent it back and the woman gave her the exact same thing but removed all the ice. My friend gave up and threw it out cuz it was only a dollar. Their donuts were hard and stale. NEVER GO HERE. The woman didn't even give me my recipe, so I can't even include her name but she's either Spanish or some sort of Arabic with brown skin and black hair. Its not worth the waste of money.
