  The service was horrible they took forever to service us. We waited patiently because we really wanted coffee. Then they got the order wrong all I wanted was my ice coffee not a coffee colata. I didn't even ask for a refund for the difference because a colata more expensive. The guy was fighting with us even though he knew he had to make it. He was so rude

  One of the better DD I've been to anywhere. Large, well staffed, clean and very fast. The coffee was good, the food is fresh and there are a lot of tables as well. This location also has a Baskin Robbins in it. I stayed at the hotel across the street, which has no breakfast, and came here in the morning. A quick walk for good food where you know what you're getting. Even if you're not staying at one of the nearby hotels, it's a quick stop off Rt. 3 right between the ramps for East or West bound. Highly recommended!

  All clean and friendly staff....the food temperature was horrible. Coffee was just warm and the 4 Morning Wraps were barely warm...some parts were still fridge cold. I waited to get home and had to microwave everything, including coffee... I'm not sure if this is a one off situation but i was disappointed.

  Employees are very nice, but every time I go here I am there for at least 15 minutes waiting for ONE coffee. I have never used drive-through because the line is always so long. Everyone working always looks overwhelmed and clueless as to what's going on. This place needs a better flow. Why am I waiting in the pick up section for one coffee when at every other store, you order it and they hand it right to you? Great location but workflow needs major improvement so that coffees don't take 15 minutes to get during morning rush. I don't think I'll go back as i've been late to work every time I come here.
