  Always fast service. Coffee always hot and tastes great. I dont have a bad thing to say about this place

  Horrendous. Service was so slow and inept at 9 am that I went to a 7-Eleven and made an iced coffee myself for 1/2 of DD's price.

  service was horrible. drinks were made poorly and not filled to the top of cup. workers were unfriendly. orders were forgotten about and customers were not given the full service they deserved. UPDATE: NO NAPKINS!!!!! NO KETCHUP!!!!!!

  my new favorite Dunkin location! after going to four other locations to get a heart shaped jelly donut on Valentine's Day, they too were sold out. the difference between them and the other four? they offered to make one right on the spot! outstanding customer service! if the manager is reading - this was approximately 5:30pm on 2/14/17. you have an excellent staff!
