  The massive sign literally says 99c small iced lattes. No date or time restrictions. However, that's a lie. I was told, "We don't have those today." How about don't put up the massive sign that says otherwise?

  7:00 am and they are out of English muffins and flatbread. Plus they allowed two people sitting in there to openly and loudly panhandle from customers standing in line. Never again.

  Normally a great place to pick-up coffee and sandwich on way to office however, October/November customer service has declined terribly. When/if it's open on time, there's only ONE employee. I've seen lines, like this a.m., with six-ten people, waiting for service. Myself and two others left because it was taking SO long. Sad - as I'm a HUGE DD fan.
