  I ordered an on the go order coffee and a bagel and cream cheese. When I got there only the coffee was there. I asked the man making the sandwiches where my bagel was. He was SO RUDE stating that another person took my bagel. So I said, “ok fine, can you make me another one?” And HE REFUSED!!!! I asked for my money back and not one person opened the cash register for me! Every single person working there was so rude to me for their mistake! I will NEVER go back there!

  Rude staff on several occasions. Was once told Baskin Robbins was closed for the night because the ice cream was "melting" . It looked perfectly delicious to me. It was 8 at night. Another time I was told that there were no waffle cones simply because they FORGOT to make them and didn't feel like making anymore that night. As far as the dunkin part of the store, very small variety of donuts, usually taste like leftovers. Just the overall experience with staff is disappointing. My wife emailed them and they wrote back. They said they would contact her again that week. It's been 2 months. I used to walk to this location because it's convenient but I will not step foot in here. I'll get I'm my car and drive to the next one.

  3 employees midday. Line all the way to the door. Employees lack hustle mode

  I'm thinking that the quality of a Dunkin donuts coffee depends on the store as much as the coffee itself. I find the coffee at this location to being similar to Marriott hotel coffee and the lines are unbearable in the morning. It gets three stars because the ice cream component of the store is good.

  Not a lot of selection. Often workers are a bit lazy. We went for ice cream cones and was told "we were going to make more waffle cones, but we didn't". So, we left without ice cream. They also did not have the advertised seasonal coffee flavor. We found out after we put in the order and paid for it with the mobile app. So, a completely wasted trip to Dunkin. We had to get a refund on the order.
