  The store workers during the morning shift are predominantly women workers. They are rude and walk away while you are placing your order? The Iced Coffee I ordered were incorrect, too much cream. Horrible management and customer service.

  I went to get a latte I thought that's what it was until I was walking outside and tasted skim milk only, I turned around told the young lady who made it and she told it was a latte, I stirred it in front of her and she still argued with me it was a latte even the cashier told her there wasn't any coffee but said it was supposed to be that way until a gentleman next to me told her there's no coffee in there. Really I know how to make a latte, at least admit when your wrong and learn from your mistakes. Oh by the way instead of been on the phone you should really learn the menu for all the items.

  Convenient location but staff are rude and abrupt. When placing order and customer corrects them they speak in another language while looking at you. I order the same thing everytime, yet coffee always tastes different. Staff at this location need to be trained...again!
