  I only buy from here because of the convenience to the B train. I usually get a bagel from on-the-go. There’s a 50/50 shot the bagel I get, any bagel at all (plain, everything, etc.), will be STALE. I don’t understand why they don’t throw out stale items. I won’t be buying bagels anymore it’s a waste of money.

  super slow service. doesn't matter if you order on the go or at the store. it is just slooooooow

  Love the location, but sometimes they can run a bit slow. Maybe they should drink some coffee as well.
