  Always screwing up my exact same on-the-go order every time. Sigh..... I'm sure for most people, coffee makes their morning better. I'm one of those people. This last time, I got to work and realized what they gave me was literally undrinkable (if that's even a real word). Not enough time to go back, I had to wait until lunchtime. I don't normally do this, but this time I had to, since my americano did not taste like anything but a mixture of water and sugar and a little bit of milk. So.... yeah. Major headache all morning.

  I will go to ANY Dunkin in the city before I EVER return to this one. They just can't figure anything out, be it efficiency, how to put HALF the amount of cream and sweetener than they normally put in, or how to NOT burn everything that comes out of that nasty oven (here's a hint-CLEAN IT! If you don't, the left over food particles burn, raising the temperature, meaning everything that goes in will come out burnt). I suppose they're nice enough, but niceness only goes so far when you're completely incompetent. It's a shame because this one is the closest to my office, AND 24 hours. Maybe they should use the downtime to clean the oven...

  Very slow here. The guy couldn't handle doing more than one thing at a time. I wanted just a simple coffee and had to wait while he stood looking at the oven.

  Bad experience here, the guy couldn't understand what we were trying to order (simple bagel + cream cheese) and completely messed it up. Skip this one and go to another dunkin

  24 hours and super friendly! I've been here early and late night and have always received quick service and quality coffee
