  The bagel twists are ALWAYS burned... and when they warm them up again for you- they burn even more. If you ask for a lighter bagel twist- they will sometimes debate you stating that the first one is not burned- when it is clearly not to your liking. In addition, they will mess your order up repeatedly. And give you stale bread products that are hard (i.e, very hard Texas toast for a Big and Toasty). The manager is the same manager from the DD that was located near Telco (also on Ralph Ave). I will admit- they do try and not all the time they present as stubborn- but this location- if it wasn't for the convenience- they would get no foot traffic.

  I went in and ordered my regular iced caramel latte with cream and whipped cream. First of all, it looked like a cup of milk with caramel at the bottom. When I told the guy, who I assume to be the manager, he argued with me telling me because i ordered with cream it’s going to be that light. I’ve been ordering this drink for YEARS primarily from this location which was previously managed by someone else and I’ve NEVER had this issue. He didn’t offer to remake it, instead he decided to pour cream in a cup with ice to show me that “the cream is too heavy” and another customer thought it was a little absurd. The drink was absolutely disgusting and served no purpose. I simply just threw the drink in the garbage. Thanks for ruining my morning and taking my money :) but after being a valued customer for over 5 years at this location you will NOT be getting my business any longer.

  Pretty large space to sit down and eat if you want to.

  I think this place is very nice. They don't have much seating but many of the Dunkin Donuts do not have much seating. They do have a small amount of parking though. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and they also have Baskin-Robbins products. I love their lattes and they're macchiatos. My only complaint is that when you call the telephone number no one ever answers which probably means that the number they have listed is incorrect.
