  The worst ever since they put the new manager she doesn’t smile and I don’t see anymore anyone from the morning shift only her country people this it call racism people everyone complaining about the service I have to wait 10 minutes for my order with the other manager dhe line it will be ready in no time if you don’t bring the other manager today it will be my last day dounats looks horrible paper out of the shelf she changed the store for worst 😩😩

  Great selection as always. Dunkin' doesn't disappoint. This particular branch has good customer service and was cleanly enough, splendid was the experience and wish good fortune and a great day to you all. (Reason for 4 starts is not to deetear from the excellent work they provide at this establishment, but more of a challenge to always do better... For "American runs on Dunkin' "

  I've never experienced such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE From a DD ever .The employees are very RUDE and have a Don't care attitude .On my second visit today I used my ddperks card which for some reason wasn't working and the employee didn't care to find out why she just overlooked me .When I asked where the manager was she said she wasn't there .When I asked what the store number was she responded she didn't know and I guess she didn't know her name either because she wouldn't give it to me DONT WASTE Y0UR TIME OR MONEY.Id rather go to (MADELINES across the street ) and spend $5 on a coffee then to deal with the RUDE EMPLOYEES and MEDIOCRE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this DD !!!!!

  I enjoy going here when I need my coffee fix. Only thing I don't like is that they don't open at the time posted. It's a bummer when I have early morning shift and I'm looking for a fix.
