  The Dunkin Donuts in Hackensack NJ is the worst,. Terrible service and a very limited selection of donuts.

  The staff is very improfessional. Young people, all they do is keep talking and playing around with each other. They dont have any knowledge about the bussiness, I dont realy like to order food here

  Extremely nice and friendly staff. Matthew and Jamel were very helpful. My coffee was perfect, exactly the way I like it. I definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts!

  Staff is young and super unprofessional. I waited at least 5 minutes to be acknowledged with no one in front of me while everyone walked around behind the counter talking and joking around. Who ever owns this establishment needs to pay attention because your staff will drive business away. I ended up not ordering because as I was standing there I started to think how hygienic can these children be.. smh! No stars...

  Literally standing in line. This place is horrible. I stop here frequently and it's getting worse by the week. Last year it was quick and easy. While ordering, one of the cashier gave the middle finger to another employee who was slurping a frozen drink next to him. So unprofessional. It's a joke. Constantly getting orders wrong. Go to Essex street if you can.
