The people here was really nice. I was new to the place, they guided me through the menu, gave me enough time to decide what I want to eat and drink. They were cordial to ask me if I needed any help to figure out the area. They helped me figure out the nearby places as well. And thankful they helped me to find out available transport services for my way back to work.

Coffee has tasted burnt every time I've gone. Prices are good and their lattes arent bad, but if it want black coffee, this is probably not the place to go. Also, they're donuts are ok, not I think you can get much better done elsewhere in the city.

It was okay but not great. Don’t go there in the early mornings especially school days because there is always a lot of people there. Sometime they miss somethings from your order so you have to tell them if you notice something that they missed. Also their donuts taste really old so I never order donuts from there. But other than those issues I would say the customer service is good.

Do not go there in the morning if you are trying to catch a train or get to work on time. And to add insult to injury, my egg sausage and cheese croissant tastes old. Like the sausage is freezer burned. First and last time for me. I'll wait to enjoy the sandwich on the weekend and go to the DD further down Broad Street next to pep boys!
