  Fantastic service! I downloaded the app to earn points and was also rewarded with a free drink of my choice. I wish they had a Dunkin Donuts in or near my home town to stop at.

  Love stopping in this new Dunkin donuts and grabbing a caramel macchiato:) The spring fling donuts are so good too! The staff is always friendly and attentive. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my coffee

  My experience at Dunkin' Donuts on E. 9th St. Downtown Cleveland was great! I love their large variety of donuts that you can choose from and plus their hot chocolate is really good! Like their slogan says "America Runs On Dunkin"...well "Joe Runs On Dunkin' As Well"

  Staff here in the morning is top notch. No matter the size of the line they are very efficient and fast always getting the job done right. Donuts and food are fresh. I love the french roast with a shot of hazelnut and a few creamers. Oh lets not forget some expresso 😁

  I’ve been here twice since it’s opened and they screwed up my order both times. Today I ordered coffee with cream.... they added sugar and I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they didn’t give me cream cheese. Then I pointed out no cream cheese... went thru paid for cream cheese and then they gave me the wrong cream cheese. I would stay away from this hole in the wall.
