  Everytime i get coffee its like playing the lotto u might get good coffee or bad but just like the lotto u always lose lol

  They make good drinks here and I usually go here. I wish they would lower their coffee prices back though. I will probably go to another Dunkin' Donuts strictly because of the prices.

  Most Dunkin Donuts are pretty much the same...that's the point of a franchise I guess. But stores change somewhat from one location to another due to the people that work there. Here, at this particular D&D you need to make sure that if you order coffee and don't want sugar in it you absolutely cannot say the word 'sugar". Even to say "NO sugar" leads to sugar being put in your coffee. Apparently the word sugar is a trigger to put sugar in your coffee no matter what words precede that one word. Even if words made at an attempt to clarify, such as, "No sugar right?" will cause sugar to be put in the coffee. In trying to figure out a solution I tried to have a conversation with the woman at the counter and she basically said that what needs to be said is, "for only cream". I tried that the next time and the response back was, "with sugar?".
