  Very friendly staff but MANAGER is TERRIBLE. He talks like he doesn't want to be in that place. He should be trained more for Customer Service Training. He always hides in back room and when customers have been waiting for while, then he decide to come outside. Will never go again at this location.

  It seems like I always have to repeat my order and what annoys me.the most is that there are moments that I have to remind them as they are preparing my food, and I could see that they are making it wrong. And why do they charge extra for Almond Milk. For medical reasons I can not have dairy, so for that reason we (collectively) are charged more for this. When I inquired about the additional charge, I was informed that ALL DD'S charge for the Almond Milk. Which hasn't happen at other DD stores.

  There's no drive-thru here but the wait isn't usually very long. The workers have been pretty good & I've only disliked my order once or twice, out of many times. They're happy to fix your order for you if you don't like it, instead of being rude. (Which I've experienced at many other Dunkin Donuts on the island.) The only downside is that you normally have to endure some pretty strange characters hanging out in here...
