  The place is usually dirty. I usually have no problems. This last time one of the guys was a bit rude, that's why I gave a 3 star. He gave me the wrong donut, which happens often because the names are close. He handled it pretty crappy. Besides that the products are consistent.

  You can sit down and enjoy your coffee with some blueberry munchkin or whatever else you like very nice and quiet spot

  Placed an "on the go" order, showed up within 10 minutes, food wasn't ready. They apparently gave away part of the order, and then also gave me 3 incorrect donuts instead of the 2 I asked for. Then the coffee tasted bitter, the one with a sweetener. Conversation: Me: I have order number ###. DD: Oh, the ticket hasn't gone through yet. Me: I ordered 10 minutes ago. DD: Oh we gave your food away to someone else because you were late. Not sure why it was a good idea to give away an "on the go" order because "you were late". The point of the on-the-go is to show up and take it right away. Not wait for the food to be made - literally the reason for ordering this way.

  For the past 5 years I️ have been an almost daily customer of this location. I️ asked for a cup of tap water this morning and the response was “buy bottle or buy a cup of water for $1”. After 5 years of loyalty this is their response. So today will be my last visit.
