  Staff needs training in customer service. I ordered an item off the menu and was charged more than the posted price. I notified the cashier and she spoke to the manager who said the price was changed last night but she didn't update the board. Then she just went on about her business. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, she just spoke in her language to the other lady who then handed me a dollar from the tip jar. Didn't even acknowledge me. They also don't like to give you your receipt. They throw them in the garbage. Although this location is conveniently located by my house and has a drive-thru, I refuse to spend another dime in this location.

  Some staff members are polite.. Others arent. Just wish they worked faster and they should always have someone at the register. At times you have to make your presence known for them to service you.

  Im really big on mango smoothies and i always buy them from here sometimes they make it good sometimes they dont blend it enough where as the ice is still chunky and cant even get through the straw very upsetting when you just want to drink the damn thing and it dont work

  The service here is horrible, they consistently get the order wrong or forget something. I continue using them only bc they are the only drive thru in the area. Wishing for another drive thru.
