  WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD THIS MORNING. I GO EVERY MORNING BEFORE WORK! I DONT NORMALLY LEAVE A REVIEW BUT BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF ASSITANCE THAT WAS PROVIDED TODAY IS THE REASON I WILL LEAVE THIS REVIEW. MY EMPLOYEE PICKED UP ABOUT 4 DIFFERENT DRINKS TODAY. ONE OF THEM CAME BACK COMPLETELY MESSED UP. WE THEN DROVE BACK TO EXCHANGE THE COFFEE AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THERE CUP! THEY REFUSED TO EXHANGE THE COFFEE. SO INTERN I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER $6 LATTE. THIS IS REDICULOUS THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHEE LATTE FOR THERE MISTAKE. SUL WAS THE MANAGER ASSISTING AND HE DID NOT HELP AND TOLD US WE HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE.

  This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts. First of all it's kosher. Second of all there is a drive-thru window which makes everything so much easier. Even sitting down at a table as pleasant as it is spacious with nice views of the railroad. The service is quick the food is dependable and kids are always happy!

  Employees very nice. Donuts delicious. Just wish they were able to offer a full selection of donuts-- seems like they're often out if the favorites!
