  I get an iced coffee from here all the time before work and they always put to much milk! 🤦🏾‍♀️ Even when I ask to put more coffee and less milk they still make this mistake.

  this past week I've been there twice the tables are dirty there are crumbs sugar packets and napkins all over the floor and I just recently had to request a full refund because they couldn't get my order correct

  Decent looking store. No parking and not sure about accommodations for people with physical limitations. Coffee and donuts o.k. nothing spectacular, service average and it all else.

  Despite the rude attitudes from soulless broken English employees, filthy surroundings and dirty tables! I can honestly say that both the donut and ice cream quality actually gotten worse. The donuts smell and taste like Factory gas, with the ice cream having too much ice in it. Which is kinda sad considering how disgusting their customer service is their food was at least tolerable .

  I come here all the time. This is the only decent place by my job. Some of the employees are kind some of them are very rude. This place is usually very clean. I get the same order all the time. The man can not get my order right until 7 tries later because he was too busy on the phone to do his job. This is ridiculous. The amount of money I spend coming here for the employees to be this level of unprofessional. Just take your money elsewhere.
