  They only have American cheese, no hot sauce for breakfast sandwiches. But the ham egg and cheese on a croissant is really good. I just add the hot sauce at home.

  We ordered coffee and muffins for 3 people and asked for the bathroom key to the bathroom that was locked. The coffee and muffins arrived, slower than usual, but not the key. A. Ordered dark roast which tasted burned. More like a bad Starbucks' coffee and not like the usual great DD coffee. B. I asked the store manager what's going on with the bathroom key and the response was that she is too busy with taking care of orders first and, this can wait since she is not making money opening the bathroom!!!! If we were not paying customers I would understand her, although I never encountered a locked bathroom at any DD., but we were paying customers!!! We found this attitude rude, unprofessional and degrading. In addition, she was wearing a t-shirt that looked as if it was bleached - very unprofessional and sloppy. I don't know if she was the owner or just the manager - but this is the worst service she encountered in a DD and we visited many all over the country !!!! We even a an DD card - we are dedicated DD coffee drinkers.

  Iced Macchiato, large with vanilla swirls was great as a free beverage, but at $4.39 it is twice what I would actually pay for. Very refreshing on a hot day. Need to make the 3 lb for $20 whole beans coffee a standard thing so that we can afford to drink the good stuff all year and make our own iced coffee.
