  They “close at 9” I walked in a little after 8 and they couldn’t make me a frozen coffee because and I quote “I already cleaned the machine”

  The staff is rude. Donuts are cold, stale and hard. This is the worst donut establishment I have ever been to.

  Day time staff is extremely friendly! This Dunkin Donuts has the best "ambiance" than any other!

  Fast and friendly service. Never too crowded and I can usually find what I'm looking for without having to finance my house for a cup of coffee like I'd have to at Starbuck's.
